Inauguriamo questa nuova Mailing List ringraziando i Cittadini che ci hanno accordato la loro fiducia firmando la Petizione per il Comitato di Salute Pubblica a Venezia. L'anno 2006 ha segnato un cambiamento nel rapporto fra il Comitato e la Popolazione: la nostra presenza sul Territorio con comizi e iniziative è stata molto intensa, rispetto alle risorse umane di cui disponiamo. Siamo stati fra la Gente quasi ogni settimana durante la Primavera e l'Autunno, stagioni che consentono il formarsi di capannelli di discussione nel quotidiano della città. Questo attivismo del Comitato, unito allo stato di sempre più rapida e sensibile degradazione degli edifici di Venezia e al sempre più arrogante disinteresse per il Bene Comune di chi sarebbe deputato ad amministrarlo, ha fatto sì che il numero dei sostenitori del Comitato di Salute Pubblica aumentasse in misura rilevante. Durante l'anno 2006 sono state infatti raccolte circa 500 firme, in prevalenza di Cittadini residenti. Il numero può non apparire rilevante, ma lo è quando si pensi al contenuto della Petizione e alla sua totale estraneità da appoggi di partito o di altre strutture organizzate sul territorio. Nel solo 2006 abbiamo infatti raccolto più adesioni di quante ne avessimo realizzate nei due anni precedenti, portando il numero dei sottoscrittori vicino a mille. Anche nel mondo del giornalismo, almeno a livello locale, sono comparse voci oneste che finalmente hanno contribuito, pur sporadicamente, a diffondere senza falsificazioni l'impegno e le tematiche del Comitato di Salute Pubblica. L'accendersi dell'interesse del Popolo per un sistema di amministrazione della Città che riporti il Bene Comune al di sopra dei conflitti di parte, in tutta evidenza comincia a preoccupare il sistema delinquenziale dei partiti. Assistiamo dunque in questi ultimi mesi alla comparsa di fantomatici "comitati", allestiti utilizzando giovani estremisti e attivisti di partito; "comitati" che si inseriscono nel crescente malcontento della Popolazione e cercano di assorbire le strutture difensive che sorgono spontanee fra la Gente nelle aree più penalizzate dal traffico navale. Nascendo come strumenti di partito e dei partiti, questi pseudo-comitati hanno a disposizione un grande apparato di disinformazione infiltrato in quelli che dovrebbero essere i mezzi pubblici e privati di comunicazione. Allora giornali e TV, mentre continuano a tenere in ombra le istanze del Comitato di Salute Pubblica, improvvisamente "scoprono" la Convenzione Marpol del 1973, e il fatto che il Mondo già da allora era avveduto del mostruoso effetto dei fumi navali su edifici e persone. Allora gli Enti improvvisamente dichiarano di dover "avviare studi approfonditi", gli "amministratori" si schierano e rapinano i contenuti e i dati raccolti dal Comitato di Salute Pubblica per confonderli nei loro imbrogli al Popolo e continuare a distruggere il Bene Comune. Per tentare di cavalcarci e scavalcarci, si mettono in scena le marionette del solito conflitto: alcuni fingono di continuare a credere che il fumo delle navi sia irrilevante, altri fingono di combatterli al fine di confondere il Popolo, di spingerlo ad asservirsi, ancora una volta, all'una o all'altra fazione. Ma il Popolo veneziano comincia a comprendere questo tragico gioco, che da decenni lo tiene artificialmente diviso e lontano dagli interessi veri della città e della civiltà. Vi chiediamo di restare saldi nella vostra adesione al Comitato di Salute Pubblica a Venezia, di non farvi confondere dalla bagarre che il sistema delinquenziale dei partiti ha raffazzonato per tentare di sottrarre all'attenzione del Popolo la chiarezza di visione, la lealtà e la competenza del Comitato di Salute Pubblica a Venezia. Vi chiediamo anche, con il cuore di Venezia e il nostro in mano, di cominciare ad aiutarci fattivamente unendovi alle attività del Comitato e diffondendo la vostra consapevolezza nell'ambiente domestico e professionale. Dobbiamo tenere presente che oggi Venezia è come una nave in gran tempesta, e che il sistema dei partiti ha più che ampiamente dimostrato di non saper far altro che azzuffarsi attorno al timone e saccheggiare la stiva. Questa nave ha bisogno di un Comando degno di questo nome per capacità, lealtà e fedelta al Popolo e al suo Bene Comune. Dobbiamo poter parlare al Popolo: se amate Venezia, aiutateci a farlo. We start this Mailing List with a thank you to all the Citizens that have accorded us their faith signing the Petition for the Public Health Committee in Venice. The year 2006 has marked a change in the relation between the Population and the Committee. Our presence on the Territory with meetings and public speeches has been intensive, as regards the human resources we have available as of now. This activism of the Committee, with the state of faster and faster crumbling of the buildings of Venice that becomes more and more visible, together with the growing in arrogance of the disregard for the Common Wealth between those who are supposed to take care of It, has brought the number of Supporters of the Committee to a relevant increase. Along the year 2006 about 500 signatures have been collected, mainly from residents. In 2006, indeed, we have collected more agreement and support than in the two previous years, finding the number of supporters of the Petition near to one thousand. Also in the world of local journalism some honest voices appeared, contributing, even if occasionally, to spread without forgery the engagement and the themes of the Public Health Committee in Venice. This kindleing of the interest of the People for an Administrative system of the city able to bring back the care of the Common Wealth to rule above the conflicts between the parts, seems to start worrying the delinquent system of the parties. In these last months, we witness the appearing of elusive "committees", staged useing young extremists and party-militants; these "committees" worm their's way into the growing discontent of the Population, trying to absorb and nullify the defense structures that spontaneously bloom between the People, in the areas which are more damaged by the ship traffic. These "committees" are born as instruments of the criminal associations called "political" parties, and have therefore open access to the wide disinformation apparate that parties have infiltrated in those supposed to be public and private information media. So newspapers and TVs, while going on to hide the Venice Public Health Committee, all of a sudden "discover" the 1973's Marpol Convention, and the fact that the World was aware of the monstruous effects on buildings and bodies caused by the fumes from the ships. So the "public authorities" suddendly declare they have to start "deeper studies", so called "administrators" side, and rob the contents and data collected by the Public Health Committee, to mess them up with their cheating the People and continue to destroy Its Common Wealth. Trying to ride us and pass over, the puppets of the usual conflict come on stage: some feign to carry on believing that ship pollution is irrilevant, others feign to fight them, in the scope to muddle up the People and push It to submit, one time more, to one or another faction. But the People of Venice has started to comprehend this tragic game, that since dozens years keeps Him far from the real interests of the City and of the Civilization. We ask you to remain steady in your adhesion to the Venice Public Health Committee, to refuse the "bagarre" that the criminal system of the parties has cobbled together trying to subtract from People's attention the clearness of view, the loyalty and the competence of the Venice Public Health Committee. Wa also ask, with the heart of Venice and our in the hand, to start helping us positively, joining the activity of the Committee and spreading your consciousness in the home and working environment. We must have in mind that actually Venice is like a ship in a terrible storm, and that the criminal system of the parties has widely demonstrated to be able in doing nothing else than to scuffle around the Helm while looting the Hold. This Ship needs a Command worthing its name for skill, loyalty and devotion to the People and to Its Common Wealth. We must be able to talk to the People: if you love Venice, please help us to do it!
